What you need to know:
Within Australia we use Australia Post or Couriers. Dependng on the delivery method chosen your order will arrive at your delivery address in 2-3 business days (Metropolitan areas) or 3-7 business days (other areas). To avoid delays we recommend shipping to your daytime (business hours) address. The advised delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. Essential Candle Supply is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the recipient through any unforeseen delay in shipping times. Where shipment tracking applies, you will be advised via email of the tracking number once your order is dispatched. You will be able to track your delivery via the link provided in the email.
